Ok, I know its been a while. I am going to try to get back into this thing :). Life has been good here, we are now in Midland, TX and its pretty nice here. I do miss home so much but we needed a change and this has certainly been a big change. We had a good Christmas and a ok new year. We went home for Christmas and got to spend some good time with family. For new years we just stayed home and cooked out and had a few bottles of wine!! It really was a lot of fun. Well, that's about it for now. Like I said I will give this a try again, but I can promise anything!!! I hope everyone is good.

SUPER BOWL SUNDAY

well, here we are on super bowl sunday!!!! woo hoo.... it really doesnt meant all that much to me except the fact that i have to cook for a party that tatum and i are going to that i really dont want to go to. oh well, such is life. well, things have been going alright in our world. i am in shock that tatum is going to be 4 soon!!!! it seems like just yesterday i was holding him in my arms and admiring how beautiful he was and how small and squishy he was. now he is so big now and getting bigger everyday!!! he truly is the best kid in the world though. well, he has his moments but dont we all :). phillip and i are still on the fence on weather or not we want to try to have another one, especially after the past year, man that was rough on both of us. i think that if we get the feeling that we want another baby we will just go get tobi's baby and keep him for the day. i will get to find out soon if i am going to mexico with my mom in april. i sure do hope we get to go, but even if we dont we each get $500 so really either way is pretty good but i sure would LOVE a mexico trip paid for by someone else... who wouldnt. well, i guess thats all i have to say for now. i hope that everyone that reads this is doing good and i hope to see all of you at tatums birthday party in march :) enjoy the super bowl!!!!

BBQ TIME

its bbq time at my house! i am looking forward to the party that will be going on here tonight. thats what i love about my birthday, i get to celebrate it for a WHOLE WEEK!!!! phillip is making a brisket and we are going to have some wonderful friends over and there will be lots of wine of course :) it should be a good time. on another note i took my 4 month old puppy to the vet yesterday and he is 40lbs!!!! i could not believe it. he is going to be such a big dog, but he is truly the cutest dog you have ever seen. hes boxer-great dane mix and is soooo cute. well, i need another cup of coffee so i am going to go. i hope everyone has a wonderful weekend, i know i will. this is a 4 day weekend for me so that is nice. bye

ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!!! YEAH :) well to those of you who dont know i LOVE birthdays, i think that they are the best day of the year and are worth celebrating every time. when i sit back and look at the 27 years i have spent in this crazy world i am so glad to still be alive. i have done a few wild things in my day and am now on my way to chilling out. its been a good time, and for those of you who knew me during high school and later in life (before i had a kiddo)... you know that i loved to have a good time. for those of you who didnt know me back then im sure you dont believe that... lol. so basically i just wanted to say that i am glad to be alive for the past year and thanks to all of my friends and family who have been there for me through this past year, it was a rough one but i made it through so yeah!!! and HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME :)

First Time

Well, thanks to me checking out Tiffany's blog I decided this would be a fun thing to do, so here you go. I am hoping that this year will be fun filled and exciting. Tatum will be 4 this year so I know that it will definitely be exciting. I think that after the past year I deserve a WONDERFUL year. Tatum is getting so big and everyday his looks more like Phillip. Well.. that's all I have to say for now. I hope I will do this often.
